I recently purchased a new car from Listers Seat Worcester. Staff are friendly & welcoming. The car is just what I wanted.

Great service! Went in with an issue with my new car (which was supplied by another dealer) and they had it fixed and returned to me in just over an hour - great work!

We were made to feel special by the team at Listers Solihull when we collected our vehicle on 1st March. We were greeted and offered breakfast and coffee. Our car was presented to us with a welcome sign. Matthew, sales executive, presented my wife with beautiful flowers. We were also given a presentation box with the keys to the vehicle and a flask for our personal use. This was a nice thought. Matthew gave us a detailed handover and nothing was too much trouble. We are now proud owners of a Range Rover Evoque.

11/03/25 - Had service and MOT this week on my car arranged by Greg. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Kept informed during the day on how the work was progressing. Thank you very much Greg. 02/10/24 - Another fantastic experience with Škoda Listers Coventry. Jodan was super professional and helpful with finding a great car for me and took me through the whole process smoothly. Many thanks. Really recommend this dealership. 18/9/24 - Got completed Service & MOT this week. Best customer service I'd expect. Car collected, seviced, MOT-ed, cleaned inside and outside, all fixed, paperwork completed, delivered back on the same day. Really impressed and trully recommend Coventry Team. Highly recommend! A very helpful and reassuring team. The work is done to a very high standard and complete within the set time frame while keeping you updated on even the smallest things. My car now looks good as new, it’s almost like it never received damage. I was looked after by Dan and he got my rear bumper and back right alloy sorted to perfection. I was impressed with the willingness to get my car sorted and having the reassurance from Dan and the team gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. This body shop is high on professionalism and has impressive customer service, ready to help from open to close. If I have any further issues with my body work and need a repair, I know I’ll be in safe hands here and that I will have no complications to get it sorted easily and quickly.
