He was always happy to assist us with all our queries and was very knowledgable too. James really is an asset to the Lexus organisation. The Receptionists also provided us with a very warm welcome each time and left us feeling like valued customers.

Our decision to purchase our first Lexus was significantly influenced by the exceptional customer experience we encountered upon arrival. Despite the miserable rainy weather, we were warmly greeted with umbrellas as soon as we parked. The staff offered us warm drinks, which added a comforting touch. After viewing various models, a test drive was promptly arranged, leading to our purchase the very next day. It was refreshing to feel valued and acknowledged, especially in contrast to our experiences with other German brands, where we often felt invisible.
