We purchased a GLA from here.We were offered refreshments on arrival and sat down with Michael Nangle. We found him friendly,professional and knowledgeable. No pressure, no hard sell.Given a fair trade in price and car delivered on time. No complaints.

A very favourable visit. A job well done . Staff were friendly and helpful as usual. More than satisfied with all explanations given regarding the work being carried out. I particularly liked the video keeping me informed.

I went to Mercedes Boston for the first time and I was pleased with the service. Etham Penniston who took care of me took care of me very good person I will go back to him if I have a problem I was very pleased with him and Mercedes

As for the last 13 years my wife and I have taken our cars in for servicing uring the last week. Everything went smoothly as always. The team there are so good at looking after two 80 years oolds and we appreciate what they all do, from the receptionists to the service managers to the car cleaner. Last week when the garage range to say the car was ready, I was ill in bed so, without question, they brought the car back to me
