My wife and I feel very happy with Mercedes Lincoln on every level. We bought an Approved used E class and we were taken care of extremely well by Michael Nangle and all the staff. Michael was open in communicating, great at listening to our needs and answering any questions. There was no rush at any stage of the process. We were treated like we were buying one of their new cars. Having visited them from London we feel fortunate to have had such a good experience. The ongoing contact over any questions and any paperwork is excellent too. Thank you Michael and all the staff in starting so well, our pride of ownership.

Fantastic service from the Mercedes Listers team yet again. Was looked after by Damien in the service department who sorted the issue with my brakes promptly allowing me to get back on the road for an event I couldn’t miss. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very professional and efficient. Looked after me from my initial enquiry, to driving off with a comprehensive briefing of the car. Mark led me through the process from start to finish with updates, info and he did his very best to ensure a smooth handover with Georgia. A friendly warm atmosphere from all staff and I’d certainly recommend them. Top marks and I’m a very fussy grumpy old man.

In the last year or two Listers has become a much more pleasant place to visit. Everyone I met on my recent visit, including Dylan from Servicing and Rory from Sales were very helpful, pleasant and professional.
