Recently changed my GLC for the new GLA. I dealt with Tom throughout the whole deal which gave it a more personal feel. The service I received at Listers is always of a very high standard.

Great customer service, no pressure from the sales team. Nice selection of vehicles on display.

My A class was booked for its annual service. On arrival, I was greeted and offered a drink whilst the car key was taken to the mechanic responsible for the service. I was also offer the use of a workspace so that I could continue to work whilst my car was being serviced. About an hour in, I received a text message with a link to a video overview of my car from the servicing mechanic confirming what he had checked and highlighting anything that may need attention in the near future such as tyre tread depths. Throughout my time in the showroom, the staff were courteous and helpful taking the necessary precautions to mitigate the risk of spreading Covid-19. The whole experience was wonderful and deserves 5 stars.

I’ve used Mercedes Boston to look after my SLK since 2003 and have found them to be absolutely first class, friendly, and helpful. I honestly would not trust anywhere else to look after my car. The service department have always taken the time to listen to what I needed and costs are always fair and reasonable.

Sales Executive was very knowledgeable and gave us time to consider the proposal. Once we agreed to go ahead, all went smoothly car ready as agreed. The Sales Executive did everything agreed and more.

We visited Listers Hull and one of the first vehicles we saw was an A200d AMG Premiere Line in Cosmos black, gorgeous! We were shown around the car by our Sales Executive Jordan Wetherill, from this moment onwards we were both sold on the car and also by his thoroughly professional attitude and expertise. The purchase was hassle free, his presentations of the highest order and he made the whole experience easy. Everything was discussed in person and by video, including Extended Warranty, Protech Plus and Club Smartcard( which we indeed took advantage of) in such a way that we had no questions to ask him about the car and the purchase. The car is superb and drives so well and we are very happy customers!
