Fantastic service from the Mercedes Listers team yet again. Was looked after by Damien in the service department who sorted the issue with my brakes promptly allowing me to get back on the road for an event I couldn’t miss. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing experience with Andy Day. After some horrific time with another dealership, we had been very cautious by asking tonnes of questions and requesting multiple videos and photos to ensure the condition of the car matched the descriptions. Andy always got back to us within a few hours even on his day off, never had to chase or remind him for anything he promised to do. Andy came to meet us on his day of annual leave, he remained professional and approachable the whole time. Everything went smoothly and efficiently to pick up the car. Very pleased with the purchase, and more than happy to have Andy following through the whole process. Totally worth the 5hours journey for the 5stars service.

Very professional and efficient. Looked after me from my initial enquiry, to driving off with a comprehensive briefing of the car. Mark led me through the process from start to finish with updates, info and he did his very best to ensure a smooth handover with Georgia. A friendly warm atmosphere from all staff and I’d certainly recommend them. Top marks and I’m a very fussy grumpy old man.
