Great service from Listers today, I was pleased to be invited to a pre 3 yr Mini warranty check. Was greeted by Mini team member and taken over to the service area. Finlay took me through the paperwork and stayed in contact, making sure my car was checked over, health check details emailed, puddle lights fitted and car valeted all in good time and completed before planned to save me hanging about (thank you). . He was very polite, friendly and courteous throughout. I was made welcome and invited to use the facilities too. Good to get a vehicle health check video and clean bill of health for my mini cooper. Thanks to Neil W too whom sold me the car 3 months ago, and popped over to see how things were going. Thanks very much to the Listers team.

I received excellent service when purchasing my new Ev mini Aceman. All my questions were addressed and the time taken in making my decision was not an issue. I was very impressed with the support I received and the offer of continuous support in the future.

Staff were helpful and understanding from the start and throughout. Processes were explained thoroughly and work completed quickly and effectively. I was impressed by the technical knowledge of welcoming staff and the choice of ‘order of work’ to be done - which eventually saved me money and time. Excellent.

Amber responded to my online request for a call back very quickly, sourced my wonderful new car and organised the handover - all within 10 days! Excellent service and a great new car!

Outstanding! My wife and I visited the showroom just to view a car and came out after buying it. The service throughout was superb. Not pushy, plenty of time to view and gather our thoughts and then incredibly helpful and friendly staff to complete the sale. Nothing seemed too much bother. Overall, a true 5 star experience. Would I recommend Listers to my friends? 100% yes!
