2. Listers Group Limited and its appointed representatives are credit brokers and not credit lenders. We are not independent, as we have contractual relationships with some lenders. Our approach is to introduce you to the manufacturer's finance company. If they are not able to make you a finance offer, we will submit a proposal to one of our independent finance providers where we are permitted to do so. We do choose from a panel of lenders but do not conduct a market appraisal. In the event that none of our lenders are unable to provide credit, we will refer you to a broker to attempt to source credit for you. The available terms from this broker may well be inferior to the two lenders we initially introduced to you. We act on the lenders' behalf as an agent when making introductions. We offer a non-advised service. We cannot advise or provide any recommendation. We will provide you with sufficient information on the lender’s financial products, but it is for you to decide whether the finance product you choose is right for you. The decision as to whether to enter into any credit agreement on the terms offered is yours.

   We receive commissions from the lenders we work with. Each lender pays differently. Some lenders provide us with preferential rates for vehicle stock funding and financial support for training and marketing. The commission agreements are negotiated in advance and set by each lender, and the commissions we receive do not affect the amount you pay. We have no discretion to negotiate or adjust your interest rate, APR or items included in the total charge for credit, which may vary according to the age of the vehicle you purchase and the amount you borrow. Data shown is intended to provide a standard figure for comparing the relative fuel economy of different vehicles of a similar age and condition, and does not represent the average fuel consumption that will be achieved on the road. Actual figures will depend on factors including the age of the vehicle, how it has been maintained, road and weather conditions and driving style.
4. Rechargeable electric vehicle batteries, like most chemical batteries, have a limited lifespan and are subject to a natural process of ageing and wear. While you can use charge rates, battery capacity and range figures from new car performance figures to compare between vehicles, you should not rely on these figures in relation to used vehicles with older batteries, as they will not reflect real-world performance. The batteries on this vehicle are warranted for 8 years / 100,000 miles from date of registration.
