Toyota Nuneaton recognised for outstanding customer service

Congratulations to the team at Toyota Nuneaton who have been awarded the prestigious Ichiban Award for Outstanding Customer Service.

Toyota’s best retailers across Europe gathered virtually this year, the first time in the history of the event and were hosted by Toyota Europe’s Head Office in Brussels. In addition to receiving their award, the Nuneaton team were able to listen to insights into Toyota’s future plans about technology, research and development.

Richard Burt, Centre Principle was delighted to hear that Toyota Nuneaton had been recognised for their outstanding customer service, high employee retention and customer loyalty in the Medium Retailer Category, ‘I am extremely proud of the whole team on achieving the Ichiban Award.
