Great experience with Katie, from when I first entered the showroom through to choosing and buying a car and then aftercare help whilst I have been getting familiar with my new car. Polite, friendly and transparent all the way through the buying process and made me feel like a valued customer! The ladies on the front desk were also super polite and helpful.

Kristian as usual his friendly helpful self .Can't fault him. Second car sold to me by Callum very kind thoughtful and considerate. Made buying my car so easy and felt at ease. Can't thank them both enough.

Recently bought a car from SEAT Coventry. Dan Smith was my salesman and I am very happy with the purchase. Dan was knowledgeable and went above and beyond, staying an hour late the night I went to collect it, I was late due to traffic but Dan still stayed later to ensure everything was ok and I was comfortable with my new car. Couldn’t ask for anything more from him, thanks again Dan

Really had a pleasant second visit to this dealer I live in Birmingham but will always come to SEAT Worcester for any kind of repair or service I need for my car. I have always been treated with respect and welcomed when visiting this dealers all the staff deserve a big pat on the back for all the effort they go through to make sure customers leave feeling satisfied great job keep it up want to give a big praise to Ryan Atkinson the service advisor welcoming had me in and out in a fast manor this is my 3rd visit to them and they have gone above and beyond.

I moved away from Vauxhall after being with them for a long time. I got a great deal with CUPRA and Ted really looked after me throughout. The process was easy and Ted made sure I clearly understood everything. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership.
