I had a great experience at Listers Toyota thanks to Bradley Stupples. I went through the Motability scheme and Bradley made it easy to understand and provided all the information. He was attentive and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

In the past taking my vehicle to a main dealer for MOT/Servicing is always an expensive and painful experience. However Michelle at Toyota servicing is brilliant. This is the second year she has taken our vehicle through the servicing process. Excellent people skills, see you next year. Thank you

10/10 Costumer service from Chris and Carmen. Slow puncture at this time of the year is the worst as most of the Garages are completely booked. Chris booked me in for an emergency appointment and had my tyres swapped in no time. Kept me informed via telephone and email and offered extra services also. While in the dealership Carmen kept me informed and offered me a variety of drinks while I waited. Professional, friendly and I can only recommend.

Good service, service took as long as indicated. Nice coffee whilst waiting and the Lister host in service reception was very helpful. Car service was great and free clean inside and out very much appreciated.

Bought a 2 year old Toyota Yaris Design Hybrid from Listers Lincoln Toyota. I was very nervous about changing my car after 14 years and over from Manual to Automatic. Edward Goodland was really helpful on my test drive. On the day of purchase he paired my phone up to google maps as this was also alien to me. Great service as usual from Listers Lincoln I would highly recommend both Sales and Service departments

My car recently had it’s MOT carried out at Listers Toyota Bristol North (Cribbs). I have been with this branch since I bought the car from them back in 2022. It is hard to express in words how much I enjoy going back to them. The service standard is always high! Host Carmen does her up most to look after me, and everyone who walks in. She is so welcoming, energetic and always on hand to check in and make sure I’m happy. Also, Sky deserves a special mention. Again, she is welcoming and you really feel you have left your car in good hands. She keeps me updated every step of the way on the progress of my MOT/ Service, and fully explains the outcome at the end. I have been to many dealerships over the years and have not had the level of care that this branch offers. I can not praise them enough for everything they do! Thank you!
