I had a great experience at Listers Toyota thanks to Bradley Stupples. I went through the Motability scheme and Bradley made it easy to understand and provided all the information. He was attentive and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I was looked after by Salesman Mr. Ian Hopwood when i first went to choose my car. He was very patient, informative, and knowledgable. He gave me good advice, without any pressurising. Took me for a test drive to see how i liked the car i had chosen and how it was to drive, allowing me time to adjust my seat, and mirrors with no rush. On collection of my car, he again took me on a test drive so i could get used to driving it, before i set off home. He also very kindly set up my toyota app on phone.My radio and audio and my mobile were also set up in the car. Mr. Hopwood was very considerate and obliging. A very nice Gentleman indeed.

In the past taking my vehicle to a main dealer for MOT/Servicing is always an expensive and painful experience. However Michelle at Toyota servicing is brilliant. This is the second year she has taken our vehicle through the servicing process. Excellent people skills, see you next year. Thank you

As someone who isn't into technology etc my experience was fantastic. From the minute I walked into the dealership it was a warm welcome by everyone. Ben helped me all the way to make sure all my needs were met, no matter what I asked he helped. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so lovely, cups of tea etc and smiles all round. Ben will be my go to again as need to change my partners car. The man was awesome. He went above and beyond my expectations to help me. As I'm autistic I struggle with new people but Ben was wonderful. I can't sing his praises enough. His employer should be extremely proud of him. Give him a huge bonus! It was smooth, relaxed and made it a very pleasure to deal with him. Thankyou Ben, and the rest of the team.

10/10 Costumer service from Chris and Carmen. Slow puncture at this time of the year is the worst as most of the Garages are completely booked. Chris booked me in for an emergency appointment and had my tyres swapped in no time. Kept me informed via telephone and email and offered extra services also. While in the dealership Carmen kept me informed and offered me a variety of drinks while I waited. Professional, friendly and I can only recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They actually listen to what you want and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. The car is amazing. I would recommend to anyone.

Good service, service took as long as indicated. Nice coffee whilst waiting and the Lister host in service reception was very helpful. Car service was great and free clean inside and out very much appreciated.

Top notch service. Car done spot on time plus a bonus of coffees, biscuits and sweets served to where I was working whilst waiting, car was also washed when all I went in for was a new key. Thanks Carmen and Sky
