My journey to buying a car from Listers Volkswagon Evesham was so straightforward & easy with no pressure whatsoever. Alexandra was amazing and very professional explaining everything in detail to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I booked in with VW Nuneaton as I had a knocking sound coming. From start to finish I was looked after by Courtney from the service department. I can't recommend her customer service enough. She is very friendly, patient and kept me update with the whole process. She built trust aswel and took care of everything. 10/10 for Courtney.
