I booked in with VW Nuneaton as I had a knocking sound coming. From start to finish I was looked after by Courtney from the service department. I can't recommend her customer service enough. She is very friendly, patient and kept me update with the whole process. She built trust aswel and took care of everything. 10/10 for Courtney.

Yet to collect the car so while the review might be somewhat preemptive Listers Stratford have been amazing in the initial stages of getting a car via PCP. As someone new to it all the process was explained very clearly and i never felt pressured into anything and felt like a valued customer once i walked in.

A big thank you to Damien and Olly for finding the car I wanted,attention to detail and making the purchasing,road tax and the documentation all easy to follow and understand.

Really great service at Listers Volkswagen Stratford upon Avon yesterday. Fixed my engine management problem very efficiently, and my car had a complimentary wash and vacuum. Really pleased! Well done guys 😀

Unfortunately I damaged a wheel so that my car was unsafe to drive. I called Listers whilst waiting for the rescue service to ask what to do. They gave me clear instructions about how to drop off car out of hours, ordered a new wheel, did safety checks and got my car back on the road. Excellent service with very clear communications throughout . 😊

Bought a used car. I didn't test drive or even see the car before purchase, but on collection it was cleaned and prepped to showroom standard as expected. They sent me a personal video of the car. Good communications throughout. The sales exec was not in when I collected, but her colleague picked up the process seamlessly.

As a refugee from Listers Leamington, I went over to Listers Coventry today to introduce myself and get a new battery for the Key Fob. First impressions are very good, the receptionist and and parts manager were cordial and very helpful. Thank you! I’ll be back for the next Service!
