Excellent Service on my VW Arteon, really friendly and efficient.

I took advantage of collect and delivery and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. The service was done efficiently. I had a phone call during the day with further offers, which were mentioned but not pushed and one of which I took up, and I received an explanatory video. The car was returned earlier than I expected. Very satisfied.

Car was damaged when driving (slowly) through flooded roads late at night. We rang for advice the following morning; the engineers arranged for the car to have check up at lunch-time and informed us that the car was unfit to drive. They pulled out all the stops and completed the repair by the end of the day. Very impressive. We had a hospital appointment the following day so were able to attend that in safety and with peace of mind. Many thanks - Super Stars!!!!
