Thank you to Henry and the team at Leamington Volvo. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Went in to enquire on specs as never had a Volvo before, so I knew which to go for. Spotted one a few days later and secured for a test drive. Amazing drive but was a big change after many years of Range rovers so was still a little unsure. No pressure sales, we slept on it and ordered them next day. Collected on Saturday and was wowed by having a car reveal! Never had that before. Good information about infotainment setup and all the gadgets. Already had phone calls to check how it's going and felt reassured that if I went back with questions or issues that it would be dealt with swiftly. Many thanks guys

Smooth handover on the day and some helpful advice on part-ex options and EV chargers along the way. Highly recommended - 5Stars !

I had such an enjoyable and straight forward experience purchasing my EX30 from the lovely Tom Dunn - he was incredibly helpful, spent plenty of time with me to make sure I was making the right choice, test-drive was a laugh (my first time ever driving electric, so I felt like I was a learner driver again!) and he improved my delivery date too, which was appreciated. The dealership is very welcoming, with plenty of coffee and pastries, all staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Thanks again Tom & Listers Worcester in general!
