Just had my Volvo V60 serviced and handed back to me in excellent condition. Wonderful service from the team. In conversation with Jack Hinton within the sales team we discussed a possible upgrade and I left with information to think about. Lovely to see a young person being courteous and informative without exerting any pressure. Today I returned and now upgraded to a Volvo X60 hybrid. Thanks to Jack and Becky for their excellent service.

First ever purchase of a Volvo car and likewise our first electric vehicle so nervous about both. However, need not have been, as car is amazing as was the fantastic assistance we received during the whole process from the dealership and especially the exceptionally helpful Jack Hinton at Listers in Worcester. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what was what.
