I just wanted to share my experience with other customers who are looking to deal with a Lexus dealership. From my initial enquiry to the delivery of my new vehicle I was consistently treated with care and consideration where nothing was a problem for any of the staff. Emma , the sales manager replied to an initial enquiry I made which was 22:30 of an evening. After just a couple of days of telephone conversations and emails I was ready to visit the site and hopefully make a purchase. Upon arrival at the site I met with Emma ( sales manager) , Steve ( sales consultant ) and Adam ( centre principal ) who were all so kind , super friendly and had a lot of time for me. If you want to be treated how customers should be treated then firstly visit a Lexus dealership and if you want to be looked after by some of the best then take a visit to Lexus Lincoln.
