The pick up car service excellent well worth it. Messages videos on how the jobs progressing call from manager to report any work required followed by call to say what time car will be bought back. So polite friendly staff.

Bought a Lexus RX450 last week from Lexus Bristol , all the staff made the experience a real pleasure. If I need to upgrade in the future I shall definitely return, I will also go there for the servicing and yearly MOT .

Recently purchased a used car here. We were treated like royalty throughout the process. Endless free coffee and cake in the most luxurious surroundings. Not a straightforward sale for reasons I wont go into but involved Lizzie and Emma completing paperwork on three separate cars before the proverbial third time lucky. All good in the end and I am now the proud owner of my first ever new car just shy of my 69th birthday If I tested the patience of either of the aforementioned, they were way too professional to show it.
