The staff at Listers Lexus are all very welcoming and make you feel very important. My salesman, John, was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to demonstrate the features in an easy to understand manner. The actual deal was achieved without any stress and the whole atmosphere made purchasing my new Lexus very pleasurable..

I recently called in to have my 12v battery tested on my is300h and whilst waiting both myself and my wife spoke to a charming Lexus sales guy , Oliver Powell who asked if we're interested in looking at any of the used cars on offer. Unfortunately for me my wife had already spotted a used UX250h in the exact colour she loved. Oliver went over and above to show us round the car and on the test drive made my wife feel comfortable as she really doesn't like driving unfamiliar cars. Needless to say as with all Lexus models the car sold itself ! Oliver, although is a salesman, he didn't once push us into the purchase, he actually came across as if he wasn't a salesman which my wife liked. I have dealt with Lincoln Lexus for over 16 years now and they always manage to make you dealings special !! Basically I went in for a battery and left with a stunning UX and there was absolutely no pressure sales involved. We would both like to thank Oliver and the rest of the Lincoln sales team

Fantastic service at Lexus Bristol from start to finish. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything or take out anything they were offering. Made me feel very comfortable and confident in the products they had to offer. The whole experience was very smooth and extremely professional. The efforts made by the sales team from the beginning was brilliant, communication and kept me informed throughout.
