I recently bought a used Lexus NX 450 hybrid from Lexus Lincoln (Listers). Whilst not having a vehicle which matched my personal requirements, they networked with other garages within the group to locate one that did. The whole process was effortless for me and the team of Emma, Jamie and Jason were a joy to deal with. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable and, nothing was too much trouble. Early days yet, but loving the car. Would thoroughly recommend!

A very helpful experience, the staff were excellent and I bought the car that I was looking for.

I only popped in for a check on a faulty 'Tire Pressure device'. I was very impressed by Berny on reception who looked after me very well and made me feel welcome and special. Also Zoe the Service Manager was quite amazing. I watched and listened to her talking an elderly lady through what would happen with the fault checking and the car pickup and drop-off. Both these ladies were outstanding brand ambassadors for Listers\Lexus. Absolutely great to see professional customer service in operation. Rare these days.

After 20 plus years of German cars, I never thought that I would buy 2 Lexus cars within in 6 months. To all the BMW fans like me, if you are looking for comfort, I would suggest taking a look at Lexus , the build quality, finish and kit that comes as standard, plus the 10 year or 100k miles warranty , is good value and hard to beat. I would also add the service at Lexus Lincoln was First Class and would strongly recommend giving Oliver Powell at Listers Lincoln a call, he provided a fantastic service from my initial enquiry to taking deliver

Another great welcome from Lexus's reception staff when we went for a health check on our vehicle. The health check was organised and overseen by Shannon and she gave us appropriate feedback, which we found very helpful. Overall, we cannot fault the dealership. They excel at everything they do.
