Due to uncertainty around the Birmingham Clean Air Zone and construction of a public tramway in the immediate area, from Friday 31 May, we will be merging our Audi Authorised Repairer business in the city centre with our Audi Birmingham site in Solihull. Moving forward all aftersales work in Birmingham will be undertaken at Listers Audi Birmingham, Solihull, B90 4BQ.
What this means for Audi Authorised Repairer Customers;
Any bookings for work before Friday 31 May are unaffected and will be completed at our Audi Authorised Repairer in the city centre.
Any bookings for work after Friday 31 May will be transferred automatically to Audi Birmingham, Stratford Road, Solihull, B90 4BQ. You do not need to do anything and will be contacted by a member of the team who will provide you with information about the site, such as where to find reception and the customer waiting area. All loan car and collection and delivery bookings are unaffected.
