The transformation of Volvo’s product range and the increasing growth of the company in recent years has been recognised with the award for the most dependable premium brand in the J.D. Power 2019 UK Vehicle Dependability Study.
11,000 motorists expressed their opinions on the various premium car brands, with high ratings from Volvo’s customers putting it ahead of all its market competitors and giving it the highest ratings of any premium car maker.

Now in its fifth year, the J.D. Power UK Vehicle Dependability Study measures problems experienced during the past 12 months by the original owners of vehicles after 12-36 months of ownership. It examines 177 problem symptoms across eight categories. The 2019 study is based on responses from 11,530 owners of new vehicles registered between November 2015 and January 2018; it was undertaken between November 2018 and January 2019.
