The iconic much-loved Transporter has been converted into an electric version for zero-emission local journeys. The eTransporter 6.1 comes with an underfloor battery developed by ABT, meaning there is no compromise on load area.
With a fully-electric range of 82 miles, the ABT eTransporter is fully suited to many business types. Plus a 6.7m3 and a payload capacity of up to 1,001kg make it easy to meet the demands of your working day, providing the same carrying capacity as the T6 Transporter.

The new ABT eTransporter is available in two trim levels. Both include a variety of features, including:
ABT eTransporter 6.1 (from £42,060 OTR excl. VAT) - 16” steel wheels - Front assist with City Emergency Braking system - Electronically adjustable and heated door mirrors - Climate air conditioning - Rear parking sensors - 6.5” touchscreen with DAB+ radio
ABT eTransporter 6.1 Advance (from £45,375 OTR excl. VAT) - 17” alloy wheels - Body-coloured door handles, door mirror housings and bumpers - Heated windscreen - LED headlights with LED daytime running lights - Front and rear parking sensors - Electrically folding door mirrors
The ABT eTransporter 6.1’s electric drivetrain doesn’t compromise on power. The standard 83kW electric motor packs 200 Nm of torque and can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 17.4 seconds. The compact batteries are fitted below the load area, and the high voltage battery comes with an 8 years or 100,000 miles warranty, whichever is soonest.
The combined charging system on the new ABT eTransporter combines AC and DC charging abilities to provide flexible charging solutions. You can also charge at home via a domestic three-pin plug or a wallbox, and a type 2 charging cable is included with the purchase as standard. Fast charging is also available, with the DC charger bringing the new eTransporter from 0-80% in just 45 minutes.
