Direct chargers installed at Porsche Hull.

Porsche Centre Hull has recently had state-of-the-art direct electric chargers installed at the centre. The high-speed chargers have a charging time from 5 to 80% of just over 22 minutes, making them ideal for the new Taycan.

The two new chargers take Porsche Centre Hull to a total of seven chargers, two in the workshop, one in the showroom and another two 22kw chargers that can be used by multiple brands, as part of a joint venture with Audi, BMW, Daimler and Ford. Porsche Centre Hull is currently the only place for over 50 miles to have the direct charging facility.

Councillor Stephen Parnaby OBE, leader of East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: "This development is a key part of the council's economic aspirations for the area and will help grow businesses in those sectors that strengthen the Humber's reputation as the UK's Energy Estuary."
