Audi Birmingham raises funds for Birmingham Children's Hospital

Audi Birmingham supports Birmingham Children's Hospital

Last week, the staff at Audi Birmingham raised £324.28 from their staff pizza day and chose to donate the funds to Birmingham Children's Hospital.

The Hospital cares for thousands of children and their families each year and every donation helps. Support from places, like Audi Birmingham, means that they can continue to improve their facilities, equipment and overall patient experience, so that their patients and families will always receive the best possible treatment and care.

Joe Tompkins, Dealer Principal said: "Each year we like to raise a little something to support the children at the local Birmingham Children's Hospital. It is great to know that the sum we have raised goes towards supporting the vital work that is done by all at the hospital."

Examples of how the amount raised by the team supports the hospital includes, a weekend of activities for children with hand and upper limb differences, drinking bottles for children who have had a renal transplant to track how much fluids they are having and so much more.

Well done to all of the staff at Audi Birmingham, just one event like the pizza day has made such a big difference to a local charity.
