The new MINI Convertible combines the enthusiasm for open-top driving with impressive functionality. The premium British brand offers an open four-seater that highlights charisma with a new clear and reduced design. Exclusively for the MINI Convertible is a new Zesty Yellow metallic paint which is powerful and visually appealing.
The MINI Convertible has taken a minimalistic approach to design, which emphasises the look even further. There is a hexagonal radiator grille which has increased in size and presence, whilst the headlights look even more impressive with the black inner housing. Replacing the fog lights are vertical air inlets, whilst at the rear, the standard LED lights catch the eye with the distinctive Union Jack design.
The side indictors are now also LED and have been redesigned and integrated with the side scuttles. In addition to the new Zesty Yellow paint, there are Rooftop Grey metallic and Island Blue metallic paint variants available. The vehicle is offered with a choice of five new alloy wheel variants, including 17 and 18-inch light-alloy wheels. The textile soft top is particularly quiet; it can be activated whilst driving at speeds of up to 18 mph and can be open and closed within 18 seconds.
There is a choice of three engines for the MINI Convertible, with three or four cylinders to choose from. These include MINI TwinPower Turbo technology and combined with an optional 8-speed Steptronic transmission, the soft top convertible delivers power alongside its striking design. There are a variety of equipment packages and new trims available including the Classic Trim, MINI Yours Trim and John Cooper Works Trim.
