BMW's first electric Gran Coupé, meet the BMW i4.

BMW are taking the next step towards a 50% global share of fully electric vehicle sales in 2030 and introducing the all-new BMW i4. The BMW i4 is the brand's first electric Gran Coupé, focusing on driving dynamics and emission-free driving pleasure. BMW are launching two model variants, the BMW i4 M50 and the BMW i4 eDrive40, due to launch this November.

Exterior

The BMW i4 has a long wheelbase and wide tracks to ensure the weight is minimised, yet a strong body structure. A flowing roofline providing a sporty yet sophisticated impression. Further features include a striking BMW kidney grille with integrated camera, ultrasonic and radar sensors. Slim headlights with BMW Laserlight are available as an option. The aerodynamic exterior allows the vehicle to reach 0-60mph in just 3.7 seconds.

The BMW i4 M50 also features adaptive M suspension, variable sport steering, M sport braking system, and optional M light-alloy wheels.

Interior

A newly designed cockpit, providing the driver and front passenger a clear view of controls to improve the overall driving experience. The new curved display with a 14.9” control display all within the driver's eyeline. The BMW i4 also comes with the latest technology such as BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, Apple CarPlay, Connected Charging, and the latest BMW Maps system. Temperature is also controlled using airflow, seat heating, and steering wheel heating.

If you’re going on a staycation, the luggage compartment of the BMW i4 has a volume of 470 litres, and if necessary, the rear seats can be folded down expanding the volume to 1,290 litres. Perfect if you have a long vacation planned.
