Warranty with Roadside Assistance³

With a minimum of 12 months' Audi Warranty for vehicles up to 8 years old, you can rest assured that if the unexpected happens, you will be protected. Audi Roadside Assistance is also included, offering you the best possible advice and practical help when you need it.

Audi Connect plug and play

Compatible with Audi Approved Used models purchased from an Audi Centre, the Audi Connect plug and play device links your car with your smartphone via Bluetooth to activate connected functionality. As well as giving you useful vehicle information on your smartphone, the Audi Plug and Play app will notify when you’re due a service and can even send your vehicle details to your preferred Audi Centre for booking. You can see your fuel levels and costs, see driving statistics and even get walking directions to your car’s parked location.

MOT Cover⁴

With Audi MOT Cover, you are protected from the cost of repairs up to the value of £750, should your Approved Used Audi fail its next MOT test. You will need to pay the first £10 towards any claim (the excess).

Reconditioning with Audi Original parts

Should the multi-point check highlight any irregularities, we will undertake rectification work using only Audi Original parts.

Key Cover⁴

If your keys are lost, stolen or damaged, your Key Cover will pay for the cost of an Audi Approved Centre repairing or replacing the keys and vehicle locks. Subject to the terms and conditions of your policy.

Audi Car Insurance provides comprehensive cover and guarantees that your vehicle will be repaired in an Audi Approved Repairer using Audi Genuine Parts (excluding windscreen claims). From day one, you can be confident that your Audi has the cover it deserves, and you can relax in the knowledge that you have a policy tailored specifically for your Audi.

30 day exchange plan

In the unlikely event of a demonstrable fault occurring within 30 days/1,000 miles (whichever occurs sooner), we will offer you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With a PCP plan, your regular monthly payments are low because a significant proportion of the Total Amount Payable is repayable at the end of the agreement by one large repayment. Manufacturer contribution can consist of a contribution towards the cash price and a contribution towards the deposit.

Listers Group and its Appointed Representatives are Credit Brokers and not Credit Lenders. We are not independent as we have contractual relationships with a limited number of lenders. Our approach is to introduce you, in the first instance, to the relevant dealership manufacturer supporting finance company. Where permissible, if they are not able to make you a finance offer, we may submit a proposal to our independent finance provider (e.g. Black Horse Finance). We do not conduct a market appraisal and we do not choose from a panel of lenders. In the event that both lenders are unable to provide credit, we will refer you to our Central Funding Unit to attempt to source credit for you. Note however, the available terms from the Central Funding Unit may well be inferior to the two lenders we initially introduced to you.

We act on the lenders behalf only when making this introduction. We offer a non-advised service. We cannot advise or provide any recommendation We will provide you with sufficient information on the lender’s financial products, but it is for you to decide whether the finance product you choose is right for you. The decision as to whether to enter into any credit agreement on the terms offered is yours.
