With a Personal Contact Purchase, your regular monthly payments are low because a significant proportion of the Total Amount Payable is repayable at the end of the agreement in one large repayment. The manufacturer's contribution can consist of a contribution towards the cash price and a contribution towards the deposit.
At the end of the agreement, there are three options: i) pay the optional final payment and own the vehicle; ii) return the vehicle: subject to excess mileage and fair wear and tear, charges may apply; or iii) replace: part exchange the vehicle.
Listers Group and its Appointed Representatives are Credit Brokers and not Credit Lenders. We are not independent as we have contractual relationships with a limited number of lenders. Our approach is to introduce you, in the first instance, to the relevant dealership manufacturer supporting finance company. If they are not able to make you a finance offer, where we are permitted to do so, we will submit a proposal to one of our independent finance providers. We do choose from a panel of lenders but do not conduct a market appraisal. Please contact us for a list of our finance providers. In
the event that none of our lenders are unable to provide credit, we will refer you to a broker to attempt to source credit for you. Note, however, the available terms from this broker may well be inferior to the two lenders we initially introduced to you.
We do not act on behalf of either the lender or the customer when making our introduction. We offer a non-advised service. We cannot advise or provide any recommendation. We will provide you with sufficient information on the lender’s financial products, but it is for you to decide whether the
finance product you choose is right for you. The decision as to whether to enter into any credit agreement on the terms offered is yours.
COMMISSION DISCLOSURE - We do not charge you a fee for any of the financial services we provide. We will receive a commission from the lenders we work with (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. Some lenders may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing.
Commission arrangements with our lenders have been negotiated and agreed in advance and set by the Lender. We do not have any discretion to negotiate or adjust your interest rate, APR or any other item included in the total charge for credit. The interest rate and/or APR offered to you may vary
according to the age of the vehicle you purchase and/or the amount you borrow.
If you are an individual, sole trader or small partnership and we are arranging a credit agreement or a consumer hire agreement for you which is regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, you have a right to ask us to disclose the income or likely amount that we will receive for arranging finance for you in good time before entering into the agreement. If you would like us to disclose any potential commission prior to you entering into the agreement, please make your request to commissiondisclosurerequests@listers.co.uk. We do not charge you a fee for any of the financial services we provide.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to full transparency in our financing process. Before you proceed with your selected credit agreement, we will clearly disclose the commission amount associated with your finance arrangement. Your informed consent will be sought to ensure you understand and agree to these terms prior to finalising and signing your chosen agreement.
^Terms and Conditions – Ohme Home EV charger
In these terms & conditions, Volvo Cars shall mean Volvo Car UK Limited, and Ohme shall
mean Ohme Operations UK Ltd.
Volvo customers who are consumers and purchase a Volvo XC60 Plug-in Hybrid stock car
from Volvo Cars between 1st October 2024 and 31st December 2024 inclusive, and delivered by
31st December 2024 can receive one of the following chargers (“Ohme Home EV Charger”):
(a) a 7kW Ohme Home Pro home EV charger (5m tethered cable) with standard
installation; or (b) a 7Kw Ohme ePod home EV charger (untethered) with standard installation.

This Offer is open to UK residents, aged 18+.
To receive a Ohme Home EV Charger, you must be (a) a homeowner or (b) a renter with the
landlord's permission, and in each case have off -street parking at the property. You must be a
full time resident at the address where the Ohme Home EV Charger is installed.
This Offer is only available to consumers and not available to any business or corporate entities.
The Ohme Home EV Charger must be ordered from Ohme via Volvo Cars or a participating
Volvo Cars Retailer at the time of purchasing your retail Volvo XC60 Plug-in Hybrid
stock car. Please request the Offer at the time of vehicle purchase to ensure your order is
placed by Volvo Cars or the Volvo Cars Retailer. Ohme home EV Chargers
are not available retrospectively. Please speak to Volvo Cars or your Volvo Cars Retailer
for more information.
This Offer is subject to availability and Volvo Cars reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any
time.
Ohme's standard terms and conditions of sale shall apply in relation to the Ohme Home EV
Charger supplied under this Offer. App download and compatible equipment required. Not for

information. Volvo Cars are not the manufacturer or supplier of the Ohme Home EV Chargers
and will not accept any responsibility in connection with the Ohme Home EV Charger or be
liable for any loss suffered by a customer who participates in the Offer. Customers should
contact Ohme in this regard.
The Ohme Home EV Charger included in the offer is either a 7kW Ohme Home Pro (tethered)
with standard installation only or 7kW Ohme ePod (untethered) with standard installation only.
The availability of standard installation depends on various factors including the age and
condition of the existing wiring at the property and the location of the nearest electricity
point/meter.
Standard installation is subject to survey. Supply, installation and maintenance of the Ohme Home EV Charger will be subject to a separate contract between the customer and Ohme. Neither Volvo Cars, nor any Volvo Cars Retailer can accept any responsibility in connection with that contract and any customer queries or claims must be directed to Ohme. Customers will need to liaise directly with Ohme in connection with survey and installation.
Any costs, for example, late cancellation fees, aborted visits, physical home surveys, additional
accessories, home EV charger upgrades, non-standard installation and/or additional installation
works, must be paid for by the customer.
If the customer rents their property, they are responsible for obtaining the landlord's permission
for the installation. All other permissions and consents are also the responsibility of the
customer.
The Ohme Home EV Charger is only available for installation at a residential address owned by
the customer (or rented by the customer, with the landlord's permission) with off-street parking
and electrical capacity sufficient to support the home EV charger (unless otherwise agreed
specifically with Ohme).
Ohme Home EV Chargers are non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash or
other alternative available under this offer. However Volvo Cars has the right to include a
different home EV charger and installation within the offer.
If a qualifying vehicle for the Offer is cancelled and an alternative retail Volvo XC60 Plug-in
Hybrid stock car is not repurchased in place of the cancelled vehicle after installation of
the Ohme Home EV Charger, then the customer will be liable to repay Ohme the fees
paid by Volvo Cars in connection with the Ohme Home EV Charger and standard
installation. If the customer cancels the qualifying purchase before the installation has taken
place then no charges will be made and they will no longer be entitled to a Ohme Home EV
Charger with standard installation through this Offer. This does not affect customers' statutory
rights.
For customers who are eligible for the Government electric vehicle (EV) chargepoint grant
(worth up to £350 – only available to homeowners who live in flats and consumers in rental
accommodation), Volvo Cars will fund the remaining cost of the Ohme Home EV Charger with
standard installation after the OZEV grant has been applied. Ohme will identify customers who
are eligible and will support them through the grant application process.
Your personal data, including your name, postal address, email and telephone contact details,
and including the make, model, vehicle identification number (VIN), order number, finance
proposal number and delivery date of the vehicle being supplied to you, will be shared with
Ohme Operations UK Ltd to process this offer. In addition, that personal data, together with
installation details and status of the selected Ohme Home EV Charger and any related
information concerning your eligibility to receive this offer, will be disclosed by us and/or Ohme
to Volvo Cars, in connection with the validation by Volvo Cars of your eligibility to receive this
