If, during your MOT, our Technicians spot something that is not quite right, such as uneven tyre wear or a defective headlight, they will investigate further. If it is something worth bringing to your attention, they will film a short video to tell you about the work they recommend.
Whether you have chosen to wait in our very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and Wi-Fi or are out and about, once you receive the video from your Technician, you can authorise the recommended work from your mobile device.
