Our skilled, Volkswagen-trained technicians carry out a thorough workshop and test drive inspection of every used car before it an become an Approved Used car. Any faults identified are fixed using Volkswagen Genuine Parts™. Only then can a used car become part of the Approved Used car programme.
Service history checks
The Service History Check certificate details your car’s entire Approved Used retailer network history, including routine service work. It also verifies the car’s identity and status of the warranty.
Independent Vehicle History and Mileage Tests
You can be sure of your car’s history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.
No-quibble Exchange Policy
Take advantage of a 30-day or 1,000 mile 'no-quibble' exchange policy. If for any reason, you want to change the car - maybe due to second thoughts, or if it doesn’t fit in your garage - you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer you bnought your car from has an available vehicle in their stock.
