A consistent winner, year on year, for both product and retailer performance, it comes as no surprise that Lexus continues to shine as they accept yet another award. Since August 2020 when Lexus established its relationship with Feefo, there has been over 700 positive reviews - of which 90 were commending Lexus employees.

Lexus has set the gold standard and been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award to celebrate their exceedingly successful efforts for great customer satisfaction.

Car owners are encouraged to rate both their car, in various areas like features, value for money and fuel economy, and the service the brand delivers, reviewing every step of the buying experience. Despite the Covid-19 disruptions, Lexus consistently received high scores in both areas with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars.
