Michael started at Listers as a Trainee Sales Executive for BMW and MINI in Boston in July 2012. In December 2012, he was given the opportunity to become a Sales Executive for MINI and, after just under two years, he was then promoted to become a Retail Manager for MINI King's Lynn in October 2014.

After nine months, he was then given the incredible opportunity to become MINI Sales Manager at King's Lynn at the age of just 21. After a few successful years at MINI, Michael then relocated to the Midlands, where he continued to work for Listers and became Sales Manager at Škoda Coventry.

After 18 very successful months at Škoda, he was then given the opportunity to become General Sales Manager at Listers Volkswagen Coventry in October 2019.
