We collected our Golf SE with a few extra options on it from Listers in Nuneaton yesterday afternoon.
Although Kim was sunning herself in Turkey, the handover process was faultless.
Claire met us at the railway station as pre-arranged and subsequently looked after us very well. My wife even received an unexpected bunch of flowers!
You were correct when you told me that Kim would be willing to give us a full tank of petrol if we collected the car.
We have even been offered ‘after sales’ service despite the distance from the garage.
The Golf is everything that we expected and more. Overtime, we just need to familiarise ourselves with all that it does. We have not encountered such modern technology in our cars until now.
The whole process has been excellent from the moment I contacted you until yesterday. Kim has said that she would contact me too on her return.
