New car sales
This is a just a brief note to thank you very much for making the purchase of our new Polo hassle free together with your superb customer service.
Buying a car has always seemed to us to be fairly problematic in the past; mediaeval sales techniques, poorly trained sales men and the inevitable ‘negotiations’ over price that leave us feeling we’ve been ripped off somewhere along the line.
Not so with you. You’ve been at pains to ensure we were fully informed, always answered our queries with patience and courtesy and generally made the whole process simple including the finance issues as well. And we got the car we wanted at a price that was better than we could find elsewhere.
Just one final request: we’d like you to show this letter to your senior manager(s) because they need to be aware of the excellent service you provide. We appreciate selling vehicles is what you do all day but you treated us with courtesy and as individual customers and that has been greatly appreciated.
Hopefully the new car will last us for many years but we know where to come for any future purchase - and we’ve been recommending you to anyone who’ll listen.
