It is easy to complain, less typical to praise.
The Grimsby service team have looked after my aging SL500 & in particular (though I recognise the team behind them), Andy & Mike have worked very hard to make me feel a valued customer. And in particular by recognising & escalating some issues I recently had related to the SL they found a remidial solution, even though they were not required or expected to do so.
Last week that paid off as I took the decision to order a new ML, which was not a light decision as this is twice as much as I have ever spent on a car. However my old car needs replacing & knowing how well I am looked after at Grimsby gave me the confidence to bite the bullet & invest in this as a long term purchase.
Without the efforts of the service department, it is certain that I would have spent much less on a different brand of 4x4 elsewhere.
You should be proud of your team & for my part it is nice to acknowledge when their actions have made a difference.
