Arthur Lowe 1st July 2015
I didn’t buy a car from you, but I’m happy to relate my experience.
My wife Marion Lowe, recently exchanged and updated her car with you or I should say Jacob, as I didn’t want to enter into debt at the age of 80.
However through your salesman Jacob, I got the impression that your company was an organisation I could trust.
You were on my side and yes, I realise that you have to make a profit.
Jacob tried very hard yet professionally to persuade me, without pushing too hard to convert me.
His age surprised me, due to his knowledge and professionalism, and I hope he had a Happy Birthday.
Sorry I didn’t buy your car, but I suggest you hang on to Jacob, as I suspect he is managerial material.
I was in sales for 34 years and still maintain that to be successful in business, all you have to do is “play the game.”
If you wouldn’t sell it to your Mother or Father, don’t sell it to a client.
If I am in a position of change I will gladly return to Honda and Jacob.
