I had my Auris serviced 18th August and would like to commend the staff involved. From the collection from my home to the car’s return, everything was seamless.
I would like to pick out John Rice for his exceptional customer care; his trade knowledge and interpersonal skills are a credit to your company.
Obviously the only contact I had with your fitters was by means of the video update, but even this was a pleasant, (but eerily unnerving), experience.
