I brought my Hi Lux in for service on Friday 26th February, your staff have been trying to contact me for feedback, but I have been incommunicado so they have not been successful.
Just to let you know I was very impressed.
I initially rang my local, Grimsby, Toyota dealer and was neither impressed with their manner nor knowledge, although their price was good. I then rang yourselves and although you were slightly more expensive the knowledge and the friendliness of staff were much better so I booked in with you.
The service was carried out effectively, valeted nicely and the showroom staff made me feel at home and force fed me biccies and coffee. The cherry on the pie was that my other half works as a technician for Listers Merc in Grimsby, so I asked if I could get a staff discount, and they arranged for this, effectively making you cheaper than Grimsby John Roe too.
I will gladly travel to Lincoln for the next service too.
