Our Toyota Landcruiser was serviced with you on Tuesday last, As always we were attended to very quickly and efficiently with genuine friendliness and the odd joke or two by Carl and the staff. Your receptionist is a pleasant and helpful young lady. We were well supplied with coffee.The courtesy car was waiting and Carl took us to it and showed us the controls (this one was manual gear change).We collected our own car in the afternoon as arranged and found it cleaned and checked.The work sheet was properly filled in and we wre given a thorough review of allthat had taken place. We agreed with all the points.Therefore, we can honestly say that my wife and I are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. We are always happy to return to Listers at Boston because we get such good treatment.W.P.
