I would like you to know how very impressed I was by the very high levels of service and professionalism I received from James Parkes when I purchased my Golf TSI a few weeks ago.
Right from the time of our first meeting, nothing was too much trouble. He spent a lot of time securing the car I wanted, in the colour I wanted and crucially, at the right price.
His after sales service was equally exemplary. He provided me with regular pre-delivery updates and when I telephoned him to say I had forgotten to remove the unexpired tax disc from my old car, I discovered he had already removed and posted it to me. He also took the trouble to send the unstamped manual to the delivery garage to get it stamped and sent it to me, again by recorded delivery. Fantastic service in the tradition of five star customer service I have come to expect from Volkswagen Listers of Stratford!.
It is rare nowadays to encounter someone who is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I am sure you will pass this letter on to James and if you have any sort of reward and recognition scheme for outstanding customer service, I really do hope you will look very favourably on him because he truly deserves it.
