I just wanted to let you know about the outstanding service I received from Adrian yesterday.
My car had developed a fault over the weekend (the rear windscreen washer pipe was leaking into the boot rather than the windscreen - not for the first time!!!). As I was driving past your dealership at 08:00 yesterday, I thought I’d ask if someone could have a quick look to see what might be required in respect of ordering parts, scheduling the repair , etc. Not having made an appointment, I certainly wasn’t expecting the fault to be rectified there and then but Adrian, to his credit, offered me a coffee, and got hold of a mechanic who inspected the car, identified the fault, replaced the broken clip, reconnected the piping and mopped up the spilt washer fluid. I was on my way by 09:00.
