I am pleased to say that i have had a very pleasant experience in purchasing my IS250 sport off you. From start to finish i was made to feel relaxed and welcome, the tea and biscuits was particularly a nice touch.I was very happy with the length of the test drive as usually they are very brisk and short so you don’t get a good feel for the carand to find all the little faults it sometimes can bring up.Marcel was very professional and polite as you can tell he has experience.The only negative i have is that the previous owner lost the service history manual and i would of expected a replacement to be supplied.Thank you for helping me with my choice and when the time comes to upgrade i will have no hesitation on coming back to you, I have already referred you to a friend that will be looking for a car very soon and never thought of looking at lexus.
