We purchased a Yaris from you last week. This email is just to say thank you to Terry for his prompt attention and the way in which he listened to what we said. He showed us and told us all we wanted to know about the car. The thing that really pleased us was he left to us to make the decision and the fact there was no hard selling, I called him back about a small problem and he solved it over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble.

Also, I asked about upgrading the radio with the addition of satnav. When we came up yesterday the service department gave us the same good service. The engineer who installed the equipment required explained everything clearly to my wife (it is her car) and nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you to all we met and the service we got which was far superior to our visit to Toyota dealer in Bristol. Would recommend Listers Cheltenham to anyone.
